Experience the starting of AI projects with non-technical clients
Experience the development of business AI application solution concepts in a team without tech knowledge
About
Meta has invested $38 billion in AI in 2024, Alphabet $13 billion in the last quarter, Amazon has invested $8 billion (in Anthropic that produces Claude), Apple $20 billion in the last five years.
Rightly so many business conversations are around AI. The big question is: How could we apply AI in our organization? Where do we start?
As a consultant, how do I start AI projects with my non-technical client? How do I identify AI uses cases with non-technical decision-makers? If you’re part of an in-house team, how do we identify relevant AI use cases as non-technical team? And how do we collaborate with non-technical stakeholders?
In this Experience Session AI you’ll experience a part of the AI Design Sprint™, a set of intuitive tools and frameworks built to give you and your team the confidence and focus to rapidly explore, learn, and co-develop AI solutions.
What to expect
In the Experience Session AI, you will work in a team and develop an AI application concept for one work process step. The focus is on Process Automation, which means, applying AI to improve a work process by partly or fully automating it.
Expect this session to be interactive, hands-on, high energy and playful. No tech knowledge necessary.
The phases you will experience in the session
Phase 1: The starting point is a mapped-out process, the focus is on one process step. You will use our Experience Session AI Canvas©.
Phase 2: Using our AI Cards© to develop an AI solution concept.
Phase 3: Defining and visualising the AI solution concept.
Phase 4: Checking the AI solution ethically using our AI Ethics Cards©.

“Yes, everybody was super excited! Thanks for a fantastic Experience Session AI with my colleagues and me. Everybody just l-o-v-e-s the method.”
Mikkel Lehmann, Digital Strategy Manager, Monsterlab
“I really enjoyed the Experience Session AI. This is what I took away from it:
Even non technical people can understand AI
Using design thinking in developing AI solutions is much faster because you find the simplest and most effective route
The AI Ethics Cards© place the solution in a context and you think about future implications
Incorporating an automation/AI first mindset in your day to day allows you to be more focused on where you can bring real value
