About
“In my lifetime, I’ve seen two demonstrations of tech that struck me as revolutionary: the graphical user interface and ChatGPT.”
Bill Gates
Rightly so many business conversations are around Generative AI. The big question is: How could we apply GenAI in our organization? Where do we start?
As a consultant, how do I start GenAI projects with my non-technical client? How do I identify GenAI uses cases with non-technical decision-makers? If you’re part of an in-house team, how do we identify relevant GenAI use cases as non-technical team? And how do we collaborate with non-technical stakeholders?
In this Experience Session GenAI you’ll experience a part of the AI Design Sprint®, a set of intuitive tools and frameworks built to give you and your team the confidence and focus to rapidly explore, learn, and co-develop GenAI solutions.
What to expect
In the Experience Session GenAI, you will work in a team and develop a GenAI application concept for one work process step. The focus is on Process Automation, which means, applying GenAI to improve a work process by partly or fully automating it.
Expect this session to be interactive, hands-on, high energy and playful. No tech knowledge necessary.
The phases you will experience in the session
Phase 1: The starting point is a mapped-out process, the focus is on one process step. You will use our Experience Session GenAI Canvas©.
Phase 2: Using our GenAI Cards© to develop a GenAI solution concept.
Phase 3: Defining and visualising the GenAI solution concept.
Phase 4: Checking the GenAI solution ethically using our AI Ethics Cards©.
