  • Become a certified AI Design Sprint® Facilitator in the area of Generative AI.

For whom

  • Business and IT consultants to start GenAI projects with clients.

  • Anyone interested in enhancing and transforming business operations with GenAI.

What is Generative AI

Generative AI is a subset of AI focused specifically on creating new content—like spoken or written text, images, video, or music.

Why apply Generative AI

Reasons why Generative AI is so interesting:

  • Fast to build: In many cases, you can use accessible GenAI tools that only require prompting.

  • Works with unstructured data: Generative AI often excels at handling text, images, or other unstructured formats.

  • Cost-effective: Once an existing model is integrated, generating new outputs can be relatively inexpensive.

  • Highly adaptable: Generative AI can be prompted to handle a wide variety of tasks.

  • Naturally suited for innovation: Its ability to combine ideas in unique ways can spark creativity and new approaches.

  • Powerful when combined with other AI: For instance, in an agentic AI system, the agent might use Generative AI to work with unstructured data while relying on more traditional AI methods to handle tasks like accounting.

The GenAI Cards

They provide an overview of GenAI capabilities and tools, ensuring you consider all available options to develop the best solution.

You’ve got to start with the customer experience and work backwards to the technology.

The AI Design Sprint®

It’s based on the Google design sprint (a 5-day process to solve critical business questions), but the AI Design Sprint™ is faster (it starts with 8 hours) and the focus is on AI and this module on GenAI.

We are happy that Jake Knapp, the inventor of the Google design sprint, likes the AI Design Sprint®: “Holy smokes, 33A’s AI Design Sprint® is excellent!” Since starting, we have led hundreds of AI Design Sprints® with small and large organizations.
